If an item ordered by you on PHOSET FOODS PVT. LTD. is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at email@example.com for a replacement. We will guide you about how to refund the book to us for a replacement.
What to do If I want to return a product that I have ordered?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on www.urbanflavorz.in, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 2 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. You can also call us and notify us of you returning an item.

How will the Money be refunded in case of product(s) returned??
Once we receive your package with the product in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order within 5-7 business days after product is received by us.
