Chicken 1200g, Urban Flavorz Chettinad Spice Mix 80gm,Onion 250gm,Refined Oil 120g,Urban Flavorz Curry Leaf 2 g Urban Flavorz Coriander Leaf for garnish,Coconut Milk powder 50g



Clean and cut the chicken as desired.Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken pieces until half done,remove.
Saute onions until it turns golden brown colour,add curry leaf.Add chicken and continue cooking at medium heat.Add coconut milk powder and enough water for thick gravy.Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the gravy gets required consistency.Garnish with coriander leaf and serve hot.
