Dill Egg Salad



12 chopped hard-boiled eggs
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup minced dill pickles
2 Tbsp. pickle juice
2 tsp. Urban Flavorz Dill
1 tsp.Yellow Mustard powder
1/4 cup Urban Flavorz Mayonnaise
salt & pepper, to taste



Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Use as a sandwich filling, to top a salad or serve with crackers.
