Focaccia with Sage and Olives

Serves: 1 Loaf


1 plain Focaccia or Bread Loaf
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Urban Flavorz Sage
2 teaspoons Urban Flavorz Parsley
1 teaspoon Urban Flavorz Roasted Garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
coarsely chopped, pitted black olives
ground black pepper



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In small bowl combine the olive oil, sage, parsley and roasted garlic .Set aside for 15 minutes.
Using a fork, pierce the surface of the bread several times. Spread the oil and herb mixture evenly over the surface of the bread and sprinkle with salt. Cover with olives and season to taste with freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
Bake on center rack of preheated oven until crispy, about 10 minutes.
