Grilled Teriyaki Salmon

Serves: 4


1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbs vegetable oil
2 tbs fresh ginger, peeled and finely minced
2 tsp Urban Flavorz Red Chilli Flakes
1 tbs garlic flakes
2 tbs brown sugar
4 salmon steaks



Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into a baking dish. Place salmon steaks in dish, cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours, turning salmon halfway through marination.
Remove salmon from marinade and place on preheated grill that has been lightly greased with vegetable oil. Cook on medium-high heat (350 degrees) 5 to 7 minutes per side or until salmon is grilled.
Serve with salad.
