Thai Chicken with Noodles

Serves: 4


250 grams Wok Ready Noodles
1 tsp of vegetable oil
5 cm piece ginger
4 sticks Urban Flavorz lemongrass
2 cloves of garlic
500 grams lean chicken mince
½ small red capsicum cut in strips
1 small red onion
100 grams snake beans cut into small lengths or green beans
1 tsp Urban Flavorz basil
2 tsp Urban Flavorz coriander
1 small red chilli
1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp lime juice



Prepare Wok Noodles as per instructions on pack
Place vegetable oil in pan cook and brown off chicken mince
In food processor place ginger, garlic, red chilli, lemongrass and red onion and pulse until finely chopped.Add snake beans and red capsicum to pan and cook gently add ¼ of water to
pan, add processed herbs to pan and cook until fragrant
Add chilli sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar to pan, toss in noodles and coat with sauce.Toss in coriander, basil and stir in lime juice
